Win a Year’s Supply of Waken Mouthwash and Toothpaste

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Waken prize draw promoted by Mintology Limited. By entering, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Mintology Limited, 10 Queen Street Place, London EC1R 1AG (the Promoter).

2. Eligibility

a. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

b. Employees of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.

c. One entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person or entries using automated devices or processes will not be accepted.

3. Promotional Period

The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 14 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit wakencare.com/win26 and complete the entry form with your name and email address. No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.

5. The Prize

a. One winner will receive a “year’s supply” of Waken mouthwash and toothpaste.

b. For the purposes of this promotion, a “year’s supply” is defined as:

• 36 bottles of Waken 500 ml mouthwash
• 12 tubes of Waken 75 ml toothpaste

c. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection

a. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

b. The draw will take place within seven days of the closing date.

c. The draw will be conducted using a randomised computer process or by an independent third party.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

a. The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw.

b. The winner must respond within seven days of the notification email. If they do not respond in time, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative eligible entrant.

c. The prize will be delivered to a UK address supplied by the winner within 28 days of confirmation.

8. Publication of Winner

a. In line with the CAP Code, the Promoter may publish the surname and county of the winner.

b. The winner may object to the publication of this information or request that it is reduced by contacting the Promoter. In such circumstances the Promoter will still be required to share the information with the ASA if requested.

9. Data Protection

a. Personal data supplied for the purpose of the prize draw will be used only for administering the promotion unless the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications.

b. The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy at www.wakencare.com/privacy and with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. General Conditions

a. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, misdirected or delayed entries, or for any technical failures.

b. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw if it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its control, provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.

c. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

d. By entering, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. The Promoter may require proof of age and residency.

e. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage caused by the prize or the promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

f. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
