How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all UK orders of £20 or more. Below that it is a flat £4.50. The delivery charge itself does not count towards the £20 threshold. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
When will I get my order?

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days. From despatch, please allow a further 2 to 3 working days for standard delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 30 days of receipt. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may also cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, returning them unused and unopened for a full refund including standard delivery.
